Russian constellation of over 600 telecommunication satellites to provide a Oneweb or Starlink equivalent.

Skif is a demonstration satellite planned for Oct 2022. Then twelve satellites at 8700 km are deployed in 2027.

Coverage of the Artic zone is to be prioritized.
