Operated by NASA. Built with parts contributed by California Polytechnic State
University, Santa Clara University and Stanford University.
Will carry bacteria inside a miniature laboratory to study how the microbes
will adapt to spaceflight. Air pressure, temperature and humidity are
controlled aboard. Experiment will end after 4 days. The satellite will then be
used for tracking purposes.
