Nanosatellite built by the Swedish Institute of Space Physics in cooperation
with students at Sweden's Umea and Lelea universities.
Its primary objectives include gathering space weather data, monitoring auroral
activity, and serving as a testbed for autonomous monitoring satellites.
Carries a combined electron-ion spectrometer and a solid state detector for
high energy particles, and a miniature CCD camera to image auroras.
Downlinks on 400.55 MHz when close to Sweden. weighs 6 kg. Solar cells cover
all sides.
