Right after launch it experienced a malfunction with its main-engine (made by IHI Aerospace, Japan) propulsion system and remained stuck it in an intermediate orbit (est. 15150 x 35500 km x 9.8°). As this was to be an oribt spare, no operating issue is caused by this incident. It reached it's operational orbit in Nov 2016.

Was inspected with GSSAP in August 2016.
