Launch initially planned in late-2012. Started service in Feb 2017.
Will feature significant improvements to its predecessors, including enhanced
tasking and the ability to collect more imagery at a faster rate with a new ITT
camera capable of 0.31 m panchromatic resolution and 1.24 m multispectral
resolution.
