Rascom QAF1
An helium leak was detected right after launch. The satellite was left in 587
km x 35,744 km x 5.48° orbit, and later raised to a higher, safer orbit.
After a month of manoeuvres, it reached GEO but has only 2 years lifetime
left.
Initially planned for Aug 2003!
