In addition the satellite carried the NRL's Miniature Space Ground Like System (a transponder to downlink images) plus an imaging sensor and a star tracker. Can take 200 pictures per day.

Could be the basis on an anti-satellite system. Has demonstrated multiple rendez-vous with the Minotaur top stage.

Might by inspection satellites (could move to a satellite neighborhood and send pictures of it)
